The facilities were nice and the reception good.

The restaurant was a bit disappointing: the service was messy (they brought us the bill while we were still waiting to make the order for the dessert), the food quite basic for the price, the tahitian dance show a bit "amateur". The breakfast was really expensive, 30€, without mention of the price anywhere! Transfer from the airport was the same: 8000pcf per person... A taxi from Vaitape costs 2000pcf instead.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, right at the lagoon with a stunning view. I loved being able to explore the local art scene and the beautiful surroundings on the South Eastern tip of the main island. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and provided outstanding service. The restaurant manager was especially attentive and made sure that every need was met. The room amenities were top-notch, with a comfortable bed, minibar, and a balcony to enjoy the tropical breeze. The hotel also offered great facilities such as a swimming pool, fitness center, and free Wi-Fi. this place had everything I needed for a luxurious and memorable stay.

I had the best stay at this resort! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel incredibly welcome, always greeting me with big smiles. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and my bungalow was spacious and spotless. The location of the hotel was perfect, right on the beach, allowing me to easily go snorkeling just a few steps away. The hotel facilities were top-notch, offering free use of snorkeling equipment and kayaks. Additionally, the breakfast spread was delicious, with a wide variety of pastries, sausages, and eggs. the staff, cleanliness, hotel facilities, and location made my stay truly unforgettable.

Nothing that I didn't like.

We had a romantic escape in one of the resorts located on a private island. The breakfast was very good, with a lot of fresh fruit. We enjoyed the beautiful lagoon area and the kayaks and snorkeling equipment included in the price of our stay. The staff was friendly and helpful when we had questions.

We had to take a boat taxi to another resort for dinner, which was not included in the price of our stay. Also, the bungalow was not well-maintained, with some issues with the plumbing and the air conditioning.

Spectacular views and comfortable accommodations made the weekend a memorable one. The private island experience was unmatched with great freebies such as snacks, drinks, and breakfast. The staff went above and beyond to ensure customers were comfortable and well taken care of. the location was superb, being only a few minutes away from the beach.

The internet connection was not great and the wait time for check-in was bit long. the security of the bungalows lacked good privacy especially on the staircase going down into the lagoon.

The hotel's location is unbeatable, right on a beautiful beach, and close to everything but town. Guests can enjoy stunning sunset views on the island and snorkeling in the coral garden on the other side of the private resort. The rooms are nicely appointed with comfortable beds and the staff is always willing to help.

Some of the hotel's activities and services are a bit lacking.

Our stay at the resort was worth every penny. The room was absolutely fantastic, with a stunning view and spacious deck over the water. The location was perfect, offering a direct view of the ocean and the Sofitel Private Island. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and had a great sense of humor.

Beautiful crystal clear water and private bungalows on stilts overlooking the ocean. Delightful and tasty cocktails from the beach bar. the starry nights are magnificent to watch while lying on the beach.

Staff was rude and inattentive. Overpriced mediocre food with small portions.

The hotel's location is ideal - it is close to both Matira Beach and Vaitape town, making it easy for us to explore the local attractions and restaurants. We also loved the pool and the beach, which provided a fun and relaxing atmosphere.
